Lead the website growth roadmap and experimentation program to drive pipeline and conversion. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to prioritize and deliver A/B tests, reusable CMS templates, tracking/event taxonomy, and performance improvements. Define requirements, monitor site performance, and ensure measurable outcomes tied to business goals.

Create original, brand-aligned illustrations across campaigns, editorial, social, and digital experiences using traditional craft and generative AI. Develop character systems, iterate quickly from briefs, integrate AI assets while maintaining artistic direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, consistent visual storytelling at scale.
