Troubleshoot production issues, participate in upgrades and go-lives, document builds and workflows, and collaborate with revenue cycle and IT stakeholders to improve billing accuracy and reimbursement.

Design, build, optimize, implement, and support Epic Professional Billing (PB) Admin and PB Claims applications. Analyze and improve PB and claims workflows, troubleshoot production issues, participate in testing, upgrades, and go-live support, and collaborate with operational, IT, and vendor teams to improve revenue cycle performance.
