Leads the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of complex Workday HCM and Payroll integrations. Owns integrations across implementation, go-live, stabilization, and production support; troubleshoots issues; performs root-cause analysis; and establishes integration standards, documentation, monitoring, and support processes. Partners with technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners while providing guidance on architecture, scalability, security, and best practices.

Configure, implement, test, optimize, and support Workday Payroll or HCM environments. Translate business requirements into scalable configurations, troubleshoot production issues, support data conversion, testing, cutover, go-live, releases, and stabilization, and partner with HR, payroll, IT, and business stakeholders. Payroll responsibilities include payroll processing configurations, tax requirements, reconciliation, GL mapping, and EIBs. HCM responsibilities include core HCM, staffing, recruiting, compensation, benefits, talent, performance, security, reporting, and calculated fields.

Provide remote Epic HB (and PB) consulting to support PFS, SBO, and Revenue Integrity teams: resolve help-desk tickets, participate in Epic quarterly releases (NN review, build, testing), and support strategic system projects. 6-month contract with possible extension.
