Develops RBAC models, provisioning workflows, identity lifecycle processes, and governance controls; remediates excessive access; supports audits, risk assessments, automation, and incident response. Partners with technical and business stakeholders, mentors junior analysts, handles escalations, and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
