Optimizes patient onboarding, provider discovery, scheduling, virtual care, and engagement workflows; leads enhancements, break/fix resolution, implementations, upgrades, and post-live optimization. Collaborates with clinical, operational, marketing, access, and IT stakeholders to improve digital patient access and experience.

Administer Epic environments, Data Courier migrations, and release processes for a healthcare organization. Facilitate CAB/ECAB governance, coordinate Nova reviews, maintain release calendars, resolve CID and UCI conflicts, and support production releases, upgrades, maintenance windows, and environment readiness. Partner with application, infrastructure, security, integration, vendor, and operational teams while maintaining ServiceNow documentation and ensuring adherence to change-control and release-management standards.
