Lead complex Epic healthcare IT initiatives, including Community Connect implementations, practice onboarding, upgrades, optimizations, go-live, and stabilization. Manage project plans, workstreams, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, cutover, and transition to support across multiple concurrent projects and implementation waves.

Supports Epic technical readiness across healthcare organizations, including workstation and endpoint deployment, printer and peripheral configuration, site assessments, troubleshooting, documentation, cutovers, dress rehearsals, command centers, and go-live activities. Coordinates with desktop, network, Epic application, project, and operations teams during implementations, upgrades, Community Connect deployments, and managed services engagements. Requires onsite travel to client locations as needed.

Develops communications, training content, tip sheets, job aids, FAQs, and readiness materials for Epic implementations, upgrades, go-lives, optimizations, and managed services. Partners with analysts, project leaders, healthcare stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to translate technical and workflow changes into clear end-user content. Coordinates reviews, approvals, version control, stakeholder feedback, and multiple client priorities while supporting organizational change management and adoption in a fully remote environment.
