Field-based safety professional responsible for daily site safety presence, inspections, hazard identification, training support, incident response, documentation, and coaching to ensure structural steel erection and construction activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Support planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of structural steel projects. Manage submittals, RFIs, schedules, material tracking, cost documentation, change management, and communication between office and field to ensure safe, timely project completion.

Serve as the central coordinator between sales, estimating, operations, safety, and customers. Manage leads, CRM data, proposals, prequalification packages, job handoffs, billing support, and scheduling while improving sales processes and documentation.

Provide engineered lift plans, structural calculations, and technical solutions for heavy lifts, crane support, temporary works, and structural steel erection. Perform site assessments, support critical lifts, serve as Engineer of Record when required, collaborate with operations and project teams, establish standards, and mentor junior engineers.
