Supports customers through urgent, sensitive, and complex service situations. Resolves billing, payment, and service coordination issues; navigates multiple systems; collaborates with dispatch, field teams, and internal partners; documents interactions accurately; and delivers empathetic, timely assistance while prioritizing customer safety.

Supports job architecture, market pricing, compensation analysis, merit cycles, incentive programs, pay equity, and compensation governance. Partners with HR and senior leaders to develop data-driven recommendations, forecasts, cost models, reports, and policy guidance across corporate, non-union, blue-collar, and skilled labor populations. The role also provides HRIS and compensation system support and contributes to compensation projects.

Drives new business growth for propane power generation solutions by prospecting, managing sales pipelines, developing proposals and business cases, negotiating deals, and closing enterprise opportunities. Serves as the technical and commercial subject matter expert, coordinating system design, manufacturers, partners, operations, implementation, and customer onboarding. Identifies cross-selling opportunities, supports rental partner programs, conducts market assessments, attends trade shows, and resolves project lifecycle issues while promoting the company’s safety culture.
