Legal Counsel will support commercial contracting, primarily for BAMKO, by drafting and negotiating agreements, advising sales and business teams, responding to RFPs, maintaining templates, conducting legal research, supporting compliance and acquisitions, managing outside counsel, implementing contract technology, and delivering internal legal training. The role requires practical judgment, strong communication, and the ability to manage high-volume work across domestic and international operations.

Drive new business and expand existing accounts across collegiate bookstores and career colleges. Prospect through calls, email, and virtual meetings; re-engage accounts; promote healthcare apparel brands with distributors; manage Salesforce or HubSpot pipelines and forecasts; and present solutions to decision-makers. The role collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, S&OP, merchandising, and design. It is hybrid in Coppell, Texas, with minimal occasional travel for trade shows and customer visits.

Manages sales across the Southeast territory, securing new uniform-program business with retailers, distributors, and healthcare providers. Maintains and expands existing accounts, increases product distribution and shelf space, presents seasonal and replenishment lines, supports merchandising, provides retailer training, attends industry events, and reports sales performance. Requires frequent travel, strong presentation and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
