Operates and sets up enameling lines and ovens for magnet wire production on 12-hour overnight shifts. Monitors machine processes, makes adjustments, performs startups, changeovers, and welds, and ensures continuous wire supply. Inspects finished products for quality, completes corrective actions and required documentation, follows safety and environmental procedures, maintains housekeeping, and assists with training new associates.

The Senior Accountant manages month-end and year-end close activities, prepares journal entries, reconciles general ledger accounts, reviews financial data, and ensures compliance with GAAP and IFRS. The role supports internal and external audits, resolves discrepancies, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with the Accounting Manager. Inventory accounting experience in manufacturing and ERP experience are preferred.

Support the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety program by reviewing and updating procedures, policies, forms, and training materials. Research OSHA requirements, identify documentation gaps, support audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions, and collaborate with EHS, Engineering, Operations, HR, and employees. Maintain EHS records and contribute to safety communications and continuous improvement projects in office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
