Leads and develops engineering personnel while managing projects from concept through implementation. Oversees process, equipment, facilities, automation, capital improvements, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve productivity, safety, quality, and cost effectiveness. Ensures engineering work complies with regulatory and company standards, maintains technical documentation, analyzes performance data, and communicates priorities and project status to leadership.

Provides advanced IT support for corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and remote locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint platforms, networking, hardware, applications, conference room technology, and security solutions. The role also supports IT projects, documentation, process improvements, vendor collaboration, and plant-floor technology while ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Supports engineering and production operations through production data collection, performance reporting, process testing, tooling inspection, and die inventory coordination. Performs water and lubricant testing, maintains measurement and condition records, sequences die sets, identifies data or tooling discrepancies, and supports continuous improvement while following safety and quality standards.
