Maintains quality records, databases, manuals, procedures, work instructions, training records, and departmental documentation. Prepares customer data packages according to quality plans, supports periodic reporting, and assists with quality assurance administration. The role requires strong office and computer skills, communication, analytical problem-solving, document control, and familiarity with oil and gas completion services.

Manages engineering project planning, timelines, budgets, task delegation, client meetings, technical communications, performance tracking, and project completion. Provides recommendations for standard operating procedures, work instructions, operations, and product development. Requires practical mechanical engineering knowledge, familiarity with oil and gas equipment, engineering drawings, manufacturing techniques, and project planning software.
