Leads internal, external, customer, and supplier audits; manages QMS documentation, quality objectives, investigations, inspections, and continuous improvement. The Machinist operates Manual and CNC Lathes, performs maintenance, minor repairs, and ensures compliance with safety policies.

Coordinates personnel, third-party employees, equipment, and job schedules; maintains shop conditions; provides technical guidance on equipment specifications and customizations; supports QHSE compliance, emergency procedures, leadership standards, and efficient department operations. The role also includes manual work and may require forklift experience.
