The role identifies delays, resolves scheduling conflicts, maintains project records in company systems, and escalates customer or vendor issues. Construction, field services, dispatch, or project coordination experience is preferred but not required.

Perform residential drywall repairs, finishing, and texture matching. Ensure clean, professional results, coordinate scope with Project Managers, update job status in the vendor portal, and comply with onboarding and documentation requirements.

Hire experienced 1099 remodeling crews for kitchen and bathroom renovations. Crews will perform full remodels, cabinet and vanity installation, tile, drywall, painting, fixture swaps, trim and punch-list work, communicate progress via mobile tools, submit change estimates, maintain clean jobsites, and meet timelines while representing the company professionally in occupied homes.
