Supports benefits administration, HRIS and personnel-record maintenance, payroll updates, leave administration, employee onboarding, compliance documentation, and employee benefits inquiries. Coordinates orientations and company events, processes benefit and payroll changes, maintains confidential HR files, and helps ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, wage-and-hour, payroll, and benefits requirements.

Applies fertilizers and crop protection products according to recommendations and regulations. Maintains application vehicles, equipment, facilities, inventory records, and application logs; performs basic mechanical work; loads and unloads products; delivers agricultural products locally; supports customer relationships; operates equipment safely; and helps train seasonal employees. A CDL with required endorsements must be obtained and maintained.
