Manage existing accounts while developing new industrial clients and business opportunities across Western Canada. Responsibilities include market research, prospect database development, CRM updates, sales target achievement, alliance building, lead management, client education, presentations, proposals, negotiations, competitive strategy, bidding support, and participation in trade shows and customer events. The role requires industrial sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM knowledge, and travel throughout Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Oversee Superheat’s IT operations, infrastructure, security, systems reliability, and technology strategy. Lead and develop the IT team, manage servers, networks, cloud platforms, backups, disaster recovery, identity access, vendors, licensing, and compliance. Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, maintain documentation and standards, and support organizational technology initiatives, including after-hours coverage when required.

Provides administrative support for Western Canada operations, including work acceptance sheets, time and expense tracking, customer cost submissions, invoice entry, mail and courier coordination, office supply ordering, employee records, new-hire packages, travel arrangements, and general office administration.
