Manage department store and independent retailer accounts by analyzing sales performance, developing action plans, coordinating promotions, negotiating retail exposure, and delivering campaigns and assets. Partner with merchant, planning, marketing, and retail teams to achieve sales targets, manage purchase orders, maintain forecasts, and translate data into compelling business narratives and presentations.

Own inbound logistics from contract manufacturers to 3PL warehouses, including shipment coordination, warehouse receiving, kitting, repack operations, inventory visibility, and SLA performance. Manage 3PL and carrier relationships, freight costs, capacity planning, and logistics escalations. Maintain shipment data in NetSuite, partner on inventory accuracy, and use AI-powered automation to improve tracking and identify fulfillment risks.

Maintains accurate financial records through operating expense accounting, accruals, general ledger reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, accounts payable support, audit coordination, and financial reporting. Partners with FP&A, Marketing, and Operations, supports financial analysis, and improves accounting processes and systems. The role requires a detail-oriented accountant with US GAAP knowledge and 1–3 years of experience.
