Serve as the in-house revenue cycle expert translating end-to-end RCM workflows into product insights, sales enablement, and customer solutions. Partner with Product, Sales, and CS to design workflows, refine messaging and scripts, support onboarding/adoption, and surface expansion opportunities while representing the voice of the customer.

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll create user-friendly designs for our customer portal and collateral, lead design efforts, and build a design system.

Manage post-sale relationships with healthcare clients to drive onboarding, adoption, and optimization of AI-driven RCM solutions. Troubleshoot integrations, monitor denial rates and claims performance, deliver training, escalate issues, and identify expansion opportunities to improve revenue capture and operational efficiency.
