Part-time Legal Counsel on a nine-month fixed-term contract, leading corporate structuring, governance, commercial contracting, fundraising and financing support, risk mitigation, and external counsel management. The role requires a commercially minded UK-qualified lawyer who can negotiate agreements, support equity or debt financings, establish scalable legal processes, and work directly with executives, investors, and advisers in a growth-stage climate technology company.

Drive enterprise sales growth by identifying and nurturing strategic opportunities, closing complex high-value deals, managing lengthy sales cycles, and ensuring smooth account handoffs. Build account-based engagement plans, represent carbon removal expertise, collaborate with Marketing, Supply, Product, and Finance, and monitor pipeline, forecasts, and revenue performance.

Lead client advisory engagements on carbon dioxide removal, from scoping and proposals through delivery, reporting, budgeting, and senior-stakeholder presentations. Advise corporate buyers on CDR strategy, portfolio design, pricing, policy, standards, and supplier projects. Support sales and thought leadership, produce board-ready analysis, manage associates and junior colleagues, and develop expertise across engineered CDR pathways and climate policy.
