Lead end-to-end development of SuperCircle’s platform, including APIs, web applications, backend services, logistics workflows, and partner integrations. Define architecture, document technical decisions, mentor engineers, improve testing and operational discipline, and build AI-assisted development workflows. The role also involves customer engagement, prototyping, product input, and technical leadership for the NYC engineering team. Deep TypeScript, Node.js, React, cloud, API, and NoSQL expertise is required.

Own the Recovery OS product across AI-powered recovery workflows, customer reporting, warehouse operations, item-level data integrity, and configurable enterprise integrations. Partner with engineering to build intelligent intake, sorting, routing, analytics, audit-ready chain-of-custody capabilities, and operator tools. Drive product discovery, platform scalability, operational efficiency, compliance reporting, and value realization for major retail brands.

Own the end-to-end consumer experience for Supercircle’s trade-in platform, including onboarding, trade-in, shipping, drop-off, rewards, notifications, and multi-brand design systems. Lead research, prototyping, interaction and visual design, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship measurable improvements. Build the company’s consumer design process, research practice, and component library from scratch while optimizing conversion and reward redemption.
