Own the unified inbox, channels, and workflows end-to-end: discover, specify, build, launch, and measure. Work closely with customers, embed with engineers and a designer, set and move metrics, ensure quality, and drive product launches and positioning alongside marketing and sales.

Lead the Integrations product area owning public APIs, webhooks, and partner integrations end-to-end. Define specs, embed with engineers, drive customer-led design, ensure developer experience and quality, and launch integrations that let AI agents take real-world actions with measurable impact.

Lead and unify Superchat's revenue organization (Sales, RevOps, Marketing, CS). Own inbound sales of ~25 AEs, forecasting, pipeline health, and strategic deal sponsorship. Design scalable funnel, quota, and performance systems; coach and develop AEs; partner with CEO on commercial strategy, org design, and headcount planning.
