Lead one or more engineering squads: manage and develop engineers, drive reliable delivery, participate in architecture and tech-debt decisions, hire and close candidates, run 1:1s and performance processes, and collaborate with CTO and PMs to align product and technical execution.

Lead operational engineering across squads, partner with the CTO on strategy and org design, own people leadership, hiring, performance calibration, tech-debt prioritization, and ensure delivery quality and capacity planning.

Lead and unify Superchat's revenue organization (Sales, RevOps, Marketing, CS). Own inbound sales of ~25 AEs, forecasting, pipeline health, and strategic deal sponsorship. Design scalable funnel, quota, and performance systems; coach and develop AEs; partner with CEO on commercial strategy, org design, and headcount planning.
