Four-month full-time training program for recent grads to learn growth marketing: campaign setup and optimization (Meta, Google), analytics and AI-driven insights, client meetings, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Successful completion leads to a full-time Growth Marketing Associate role.

Provide administrative and operational support across execution, people operations, and ad hoc team tasks. Duties include creating decks, processing invoices and expenses, managing calendars, supporting onboarding/offboarding, maintaining performance systems and org chart, and responding to team requests to remove blockers and keep client work moving.

The Growth Marketing Manager will execute and optimize paid media campaigns, analyze performance data, and maintain structured reporting to support decision-making.
