Develop digital copy for paid social ads, email campaigns, landing pages, websites, scripts, taglines, and brand messaging. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior creatives on performance-focused campaigns for DTC and emerging brands. Conduct audience and competitive research, use performance insights to refine messaging, participate in creative reviews and client calls, and grow through mentorship. The role requires 1–3 years of copywriting experience and is based in NYC with hybrid work.

Four-month hybrid training program for recent graduates interested in growth marketing. Participants will set up and optimize campaigns across paid social, search, display, partnerships, and out-of-home channels; analyze performance; develop data-driven insights; support creative strategy; attend client meetings; present slides; and collaborate with creative, data, and web teams. Successful completion may lead to a full-time Growth Marketing Associate role.
