The Irrigation Manager supervises, trains, and develops irrigation technicians; troubleshoots complex system failures; monitors production, schedules, timekeeping, and technician performance; and partners with Account Managers on staffing needs. The role manages smart irrigation systems, sets goals, conducts weekly one-on-ones, holds employees accountable, and supports informed problem-solving in commercial landscape operations.

The Business Development Manager will identify new customers in the commercial landscaping sector, build relationships, conduct market research, engage clients, and assist in contract negotiations.

Identify and pursue new commercial landscape clients through research, outreach, networking, and CRM management. Build and maintain client relationships, prepare presentations, support negotiations, track performance metrics, and stay current on industry trends to drive revenue growth.
