Identify and pursue new commercial landscape clients through research, outreach, networking, and CRM management. Build and maintain client relationships, prepare presentations, support negotiations, track performance metrics, and stay current on industry trends to drive revenue growth.

Identify and engage potential commercial landscaping clients, maintain CRM and relationships, prepare proposals, assist negotiations, track business development metrics, and stay current on industry trends to drive regional growth.

Manage client relationships and daily landscape maintenance operations for commercial properties. Lead and develop 3-5 crews (12-25 employees), ensure safety and quality, coordinate enhancements and irrigation/agronomy/arbor care teams, perform property assessments, and support budgeting and improvement plans.
