Lead the Groups Sales team, drive travel sales performance, develop sales plans, monitor KPIs, coach employees, manage workloads, and strengthen key customer and agency relationships. The role oversees recruitment, training, customer service, negotiation, promotions, process improvements, cost management, and collaboration with internal teams to generate group travel sales. Occasional trade shows, road shows, and sales calls are required.

Supervise and coach a bilingual group sales team, ensuring sales targets, service levels, booking quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved. Provide training, performance feedback, escalation support, and documented performance management. Monitor communications and sales results, address barriers, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.

Provides booking administration and customer service support for group sales accounts. Processes group bookings, modifications, payments, seating, rooming lists, invoices, insurance, transfers, and electronic documents. Coordinates with sales representatives, inventory and costing teams, customers, and travel agents while monitoring communications and supporting call queues. Maintains accurate records, resolves booking issues, follows procedures, supports assigned groups end to end, and maintains current product knowledge through training.
