Supervises and develops a bilingual Group Sales Team, providing coaching, performance management, quality control, and customer service oversight. Ensures sales targets, service levels, and booking quality are achieved; resolves escalated customer issues; communicates operational barriers to leadership; collaborates cross-functionally; and represents the company at trade shows and conferences.

Leads the Group Sales team, delivers sales targets, develops staff, monitors KPIs, improves customer service and sales processes, manages key group accounts, and supports strategic plans for retail and direct consumer sales. The role includes coaching supervisors, balancing workloads, fostering team collaboration, attending trade shows and road shows, conducting occasional sales calls, and identifying technology and productivity improvements.

Provides administrative and customer service support for group travel bookings. Processes new bookings, modifications, seating, rooming lists, invoices, payments, insurance, and travel documentation. Coordinates with Group Sales Representatives, customers, inventory and costing teams, monitors email and call queues, manages booking releases, and supports assigned groups end to end. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and reservation-system skills.
