Inside sales role managing inbound and outbound leads through a consultative sales process to close custom steel building projects. Prepare customized quotes, respond rapidly to inquiries, build long-term customer relationships, develop PEMB product knowledge, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline records. Full-time, in-office role based in Denver, CO.

Manage full lifecycle of custom steel building projects from contract handoff through design, manufacturing, delivery, and closeout. Serve as single point of contact for customers and internal teams, maintain schedules and financials, manage change orders, ensure on-time execution with ERP/MBS/CRM recordkeeping, and produce status reports for leadership.

Manage Sunward's third-party manufacturing and component supplier relationships, handling procurement end-to-end, vendor performance, quality compliance, onboarding, negotiations, and contingency sourcing. Build processes, track KPIs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of vendor-supplied components while resolving quality issues and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Lead and coach a team of 3-4 Sales Consultants while carrying a personal sales pipeline for large, complex steel building projects. Drive sales strategy, run deal reviews, enforce CRM discipline, monitor KPIs, forecast revenue, and maintain customer relationships. In-office role based in Denver, CO.
