Lead and manage the Permian Basin sales team while growing own account portfolio. Develop market strategy, source new business, meet revenue and margin targets, resolve customer issues, provide technical product support, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage assigned accounts receivable: make collection calls and emails, resolve payment discrepancies, perform account adjustments and small-balance write-offs, reconcile customer accounts, reduce delinquent balances, and coordinate with sales and management to accelerate collections.
