Serves as the primary customer liaison at a Columbus, Georgia manufacturing site. Manages relationships with plant personnel, repair orders, spare-parts strategies, shipments, inventory, approvals, database accuracy, and performance reporting. Partners with customers on reliability improvements and cost-saving initiatives while participating in plant activities and applying 5S principles. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, manufacturing or maintenance experience, technical understanding, physical mobility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer software.

Manage and grow OEM accounts across Eastern Nebraska while developing new business. Build relationships with engineering, purchasing, operations, and leadership teams; identify customer needs; recommend engineered mobile hydraulic and fluid power solutions; conduct prospecting, customer visits, presentations, and negotiations; coordinate with internal technical teams; manage CRM opportunities and forecasts; and stay current on relevant technologies and market trends.

Manage and grow an industrial sales territory for fluid power components and solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead qualification, customer visits, technical presentations, quotations, negotiations, closing, relationship management, territory planning, and expanding OEM and industrial customer accounts. Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and customer service teams to develop solutions and achieve sales goals.
