Handles incoming customer calls, converts product inquiries into orders, prepares bids and quotations, recommends accessories and replacements, documents sales activity, and supports outside sales. Maintains customer records, follows up on accounts, provides product knowledge, attends training, and updates databases while delivering responsive customer service.

Manages hydraulic, automation, and electrical engineering teams focused on fluid power systems. Oversees RFQs, customer specifications, system design and build processes, documentation, testing, scheduling, manufacturability, and process improvement. Coordinates FMEA and PPAP activities, supports project timelines, advises customers and sales teams, and manages staffing, coaching, and development. Requires engineering management experience, fluid power knowledge, CAD skills, ISO familiarity, and Lean manufacturing experience.

Leads customer projects from order receipt through delivery and closeout. Coordinates scheduling, engineering releases, materials, production, suppliers, shipments, budgets, risks, change logs, and customer communications. Supervises project managers, assigns workloads, provides coaching, monitors performance, and drives accountability across departments. Ensures on-time, on-budget execution, resolves issues, escalates delays or shortages, maintains project records in the ERP system, and supports continuous improvement.
