This role involves developing relationships with decision-makers, identifying business opportunities, conducting sales visits, and providing tailored fluid power solutions to customers.

Diagnose and repair industrial robotic components and PLCs at the component and board level. Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering, use lab test equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, function generator, variable power supplies), troubleshoot robotics and electronics (Fanuc, Motoman, Allen-Bradley, Siemens), perform basic robot homing/programming, build and troubleshoot cables, train entry-level technicians, and work onsite with occasional overtime.

Provide administrative and order-entry support to Outside and Inside Sales and customers: manage inventory and stock orders, process purchase orders in P21, coordinate shipping/accounting, generate reports, maintain document control and files, cover receptionist duties as needed, and communicate with manufacturers, coworkers, and customers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
