The Outside Sales Account Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, pursue new business, maintain customer relationships, and utilize CRM tools for pipeline management.

Serves as the primary customer-site liaison, managing industrial repair orders, spare-parts strategy, approvals, shipments, inventory, reporting, and customer relationships. Works with maintenance, purchasing, and engineering personnel to improve equipment reliability, reduce costs, and maintain service quality. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, technical understanding, attention to detail, physical activity, and occasional forklift operation.
