Manage a state agency’s Azure environment across compute, storage, networking, security, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. Administer DNS, Domain Controllers, Azure Active Directory, Hybrid Join, and Azure AD Connect. Support Intune and MDM endpoint compliance, provide Tier 2 desktop support, document procedures, manage certificates, monitor Azure services, and remediate vulnerabilities. The position begins onsite in Phoenix and transitions to hybrid after two to three months.

Business Analyst supporting a state agency’s ERP division. Responsibilities include gathering and consolidating information into functional requirements, translating user needs into business and test scenarios, preparing stakeholder presentations and status reviews, coordinating multiple analysts, and producing technical documentation. The role requires at least three years of business analysis experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. ERP experience is preferred.

Coordinates technology operations by translating business needs into requirements, user stories, workflows, business cases, and executive summaries. Serves as liaison among business units, technical teams, vendors, and leadership; manages priorities and follow-up; supports enterprise applications, hardware lifecycle activities, procurement, purchase orders, SAP/SRM budgets, documentation, records, and SharePoint content.
