Paid six-month internship supporting developers and QA by building automated tests and assisting with release verification on an enterprise Java stack. The role uses Java, Spring Boot, Selenium, Cucumber, and JUnit, with mentorship and code reviews. Applicants must be Phoenix-area college students or recent graduates, authorized to work without sponsorship, and able to meet onsite, interview, start-date, laptop, background-check, and drug-screening requirements.

Develop and optimize Azure SQL and SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, indexing, triggers, data warehousing, and ETL. Build and maintain AI agents using autonomous and multi-agent architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines. Support Azure App Services and C# .NET applications, troubleshoot performance issues, lead database projects, mentor junior developers, and document technical solutions.

Conduct management analysis and quality assurance testing for state eServices programs and systems. Develop QA test plans, investigate process improvement opportunities, collect and analyze data, prepare reports and recommendations, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate implementation. The role also supports tax-related compliance research, continuous improvement, metrics, policies, and operational documentation.
