Technical Scrum Master will coach a team transitioning from Waterfall to Agile, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support backlog refinement, coordinate technical and business dependencies, remove vendor and process impediments, and resolve technical roadblocks during a large greenfield enterprise implementation. The role is primarily remote but requires periodic Phoenix-area onsite meetings and an in-person interview.

Reviews public assistance applications and determines eligibility through interviews, fact gathering, and verification. Communicates with applicants, claimants, employers, representatives, healthcare providers, and government agencies to resolve concerns and explain program rules. The role is fully onsite in Phoenix, includes seven weeks of training, and involves an eight-week assignment with possible transition to permanent state employment.

Analyzes and documents Salesforce business and technical requirements for an Arizona state agency. Translates stakeholder needs into functional specifications, supports configuration and testing of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports, and performs gap analysis and process improvement. Develops process flows, data maps, and documentation; collaborates with developers and business units; provides user training and change-management support.
