Administer prescribed medications, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' health and behavior, maintain accurate medication and care records, support memory care residents with specialized communication and safety measures, respond to emergencies, and follow state and company policies and documentation procedures.

Provide person-centered nursing care in assisted living and memory care: monitor resident health, administer medications, transcribe physician orders, document in electronic health records, supervise and coach caregiving staff (including dementia interventions), coordinate with families and clinicians, and ensure regulatory compliance and resident safety.

Provide person-centered nursing care in assisted living/memory care: monitor resident health, administer medications/treatments, document in EHR, coach caregivers, conduct rounds, respond to emergencies, and support resident dignity and safety. Serve as a clinical resource and supervise care staff per state regulations and community policies.
