Provide person-centered nursing care in an assisted living/memory care community: monitor and document resident health, administer medications and treatments within scope of LPN/RN licensure, transcribe physician orders, implement care plans, coach caregiving staff, ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance, and participate in family and care meetings. PRN (as-needed) position with supervisory responsibilities for care staff.
