Provides nursing care to assisted living and memory care residents within an LPN or RN scope of practice. Monitors health changes, administers medications, implements care plans, documents electronically, communicates with families and physicians, responds to emergencies, and supervises and coaches caregiving staff. Promotes resident safety, dignity, engagement, and dementia-informed care while completing audits, incident reporting, care-plan meetings, and regulatory documentation.

Provide person-centered nursing care in an assisted living/memory care community.
