Supports daily reporting across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Leadership by preparing recurring Excel reports, extracting ERP data, cleaning and validating information, tracking metrics, responding to ad hoc requests, documenting processes, and improving reporting efficiency. The role is designed for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience and provides training on company systems and tools.

Participate in a hands-on operations management training program covering planning, quality control, logistics, production, receiving, product development, marketing, and sales. Implement operational strategies, provide employee feedback, monitor productivity metrics, and support peak holiday production. Gain experience in warehouse management and international cold supply chains while learning the floral industry from farm to shelf.

Sells floral products, services existing accounts, develops new accounts, submits orders, monitors competition, and maintains customer relationships. The role requires prospecting, negotiating, presenting products, closing sales, meeting sales goals, preparing activity reports, and staying informed about market conditions and product specifications. Candidates should have sales experience, strong communication skills, customer service abilities, and familiarity with Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, office software, and phone systems.
