Responds to telephone and online sales leads, coordinates customer inquiries, books showroom appointments, records lead activity in the CRM, conducts sales prospecting, and identifies customer needs for new and used vehicle opportunities. The role also involves product training, customer service, business correspondence, presentations, staff meetings, and collaboration with the BDC team.

Handles inbound and outbound customer calls, schedules appointments, provides customer service, maintains accurate and confidential customer data, follows up with customers, and resolves or escalates issues. The role requires strong phone communication, professionalism, multitasking, and a customer-focused attitude. Call center or receptionist experience is preferred but not required.
