Partners with leaders and branch managers on people strategy, employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and organizational design. Conducts workplace investigations, ensures labor-law compliance, manages HRIS transactions in Workday, and collaborates with HR centers of excellence. Leads engagement, retention, onboarding, offboarding, process improvement, and organizational development initiatives while supporting multi-site field teams.

Provides HR generalist support to managers and employees across employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, onboarding, conflict resolution, engagement, retention, and change management. Investigates employee concerns, processes Workday transactions, partners with HR Centers of Excellence, supports organizational projects, and travels regularly to branches and corporate locations.

Leads a 3–6-person crew installing residential and small commercial solar systems. Responsibilities include organizing work, enforcing OSHA safety standards, ensuring quality and productivity, managing materials and documentation, training installers, communicating with customers, resolving field issues, performing service calls, and conducting vehicle inspections. The role requires electrical licensing, knowledge of NEC requirements, experience with high-voltage electrical work, physical rooftop work, and a valid driver’s license.
