Lead and train a 3–6 person residential/small commercial solar installation crew, ensuring safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and code compliance. Manage construction workflow, maintain project documentation, perform service calls, and act as supervisor when needed.

Serve as customers' primary contact for their solar and storage experience, resolving escalations, conducting account reviews, recommending products, and proactively anticipating needs to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
