Engages dealership customers, assesses needs, presents and demonstrates vehicles, conducts test drives, explains financing, negotiates terms, and closes sales. Maintains customer relationships, follows up after purchase, meets sales targets, processes contracts and financing paperwork, updates CRM records, and coordinates with finance. Participates in training, dealership events, and promotional activities while adhering to dealership policies and maintaining strong product knowledge.

Supports dealership vehicle acquisition by engaging digital and service-drive leads, conducting preliminary appraisals and test drives, preparing purchase documentation, and onboarding acquired vehicles into inventory systems. The role requires timely outreach, customer negotiation, accurate recordkeeping, and achievement of monthly acquisition targets. It also involves physical vehicle inspections, CARFAX research, and coordination with managers and service personnel.
