Designs, engineers, and supports enterprise network solutions for B2B customers. Owns advanced first- and second-level support tickets, troubleshoots customer network equipment, coordinates incident, problem, change, monitoring, and maintenance activities, and ensures SLA compliance. The role requires customer and stakeholder communication, coaching of support teams, continuous improvement, and participation in 24/7 shift and on-call operations.

Designs, builds, deploys, and operates production ML and GenAI solutions, including RAG systems. Owns MLOps and LLMOps pipelines, CI/CD, model registries, experiment and feature management, monitoring, drift detection, governance, security, and incident response. Develops reusable components, evaluation frameworks, documentation, and operational runbooks while coaching cross-functional teams on reliable AI engineering practices.

The Senior DC Network Engineer will design and optimize networks for IT Datacenters, Shops, and Offices, lead lifecycle projects, and ensure interoperability with various platforms.
