Own IT operations for Suno’s Los Angeles office while serving as the company’s audio and studio technology expert. Responsibilities include identity, endpoint, SaaS, networking, VPN, A/V, videoconferencing, DAW and plugin administration, studio design, audio troubleshooting, infrastructure buildouts, vendor management, documentation, and automation. The role partners with Engineering and Music teams to support professional production environments across offices.

Lead Suno’s strategic sourcing and procurement function as its first sourcing hire. Develop vendor and technology strategies, negotiate cloud, inference, software, and other non-headcount spend, and build systems for intake, contracts, renewals, risk, usage, and spend visibility. Partner with business teams, Security/IT, Legal, and Finance to optimize costs, manage vendors, and establish scalable sourcing practices in a fast-growing AI company.

Lead Suno’s personalization and recommendations strategy across product surfaces. Own the roadmap, partner with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists, define recommendation approaches and experiments, analyze user and product data, and establish success metrics. The role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency in recommendation systems, hands-on data skills, and the ability to connect user needs, algorithm development, and business impact.
