Provides individual and group counseling, mental health and trafficking screenings, crisis intervention, referrals, service planning, and trauma-informed care for unaccompanied children. Maintains a full caseload, completes clinical documentation and assessments, monitors treatment progress and safety, coordinates with outside providers and agencies, participates in on-call coverage, and supports staff training. Services are provided on-site in English and Spanish while following ORR, state, licensing, and organizational requirements.

The Human Resources Generalist administers HR programs, benefits, compensation, leave, employee records, compliance, investigations, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, orientations, exits, and disciplinary processes. The role responds to employee and agency inquiries, supports recruitment and staffing, conducts incident investigations, maintains employment-law compliance, and advises management on HR policies and practices. Bilingual English-Spanish communication is required, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Supervises and supports the case management department serving children, including staff training, caseload assignments, performance coaching, case audits, documentation, service planning, and reunification recommendations. Coordinates with families, sponsors, contractors, legal providers, DHS, immigration courts, ORR, and licensing stakeholders. Ensures compliance, safe release decisions, accurate records, and trauma-informed care while providing case management coverage and responding to emergencies.
