Monitors live video surveillance across a shelter, documents daily activity, reports outages and suspicious incidents, maintains recording accuracy, supports investigations, and provides authorized footage access. The role helps ensure the safety of children and staff, completes compliance reports, communicates with supervisors, and follows regulatory and organizational safety standards.

Manages the organization’s human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, performance management, training, reporting, and employee separations. Advises leadership on workforce matters, supervises HR staff, manages vendors and budgets, investigates workplace incidents, and ensures compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. The role also supports strategic planning, conflict resolution, organizational development, and efforts to reduce turnover and absenteeism.

Provides trauma-informed case management for unaccompanied children, coordinating intake, family communication, referrals, services, documentation, case reviews, safety planning, and discharge or reunification. Maintains compliance with ORR, state, and agency policies; coordinates with clinical, educational, legal, medical, behavioral health, and external stakeholders. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, accurate case records, crisis response, confidentiality, teamwork, and occasional evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
