The Unit Manager oversees resident care, coordinates services, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, mentors nursing staff, and supports residents, families, and coworkers. The Infection Preventionist RN collects and analyzes infection data, identifies trends, advises healthcare staff on infection risks and prevention strategies, provides education and training, implements evidence-based and regulatory infection-control practices, and monitors antibiotic utilization to support stewardship. The role requires an Illinois RN license, infection-control experience in long-term care or another healthcare setting, strong communication and collaboration skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of infection-prevention principles.

Deliver meals and related food service to residents, guests, family, and staff following facility policies and safe food handling practices. Support teamwork, provide excellent customer service, and assist with dining operations in a long-term care setting.

Partner with the Director of Nursing to manage the nursing team, develop processes, procedures, and best practices for long-term care and rehabilitation residents. Support clinical operations and staff oversight to ensure quality resident care.
