Performs internal and external aviation audits, inspections, and corrective-action monitoring. Evaluates regulations and updates company processes, manuals, and procedures to maintain compliance. Supports compliance documentation, correspondence with aviation authorities, certifying staff authorization records, and the Compliance Monitoring Management System. Requires an engineering degree relevant to aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness, at least two years of civil aviation experience, regulatory familiarity, strong analytical and reporting skills, English and Turkish proficiency, and willingness to travel internationally.

Supports the Corporate Compliance Officer by advising business units, maintaining compliance manuals and procedures, monitoring sanctions, export controls, competition regulations, and internal policies, reviewing agreements, coordinating compliance programs, organizing training, and assisting with annual compliance reporting. The role also coordinates with internal departments, shareholders, and external parties and requires at least five years of organizational and regulatory experience.

Analyze airline market conditions, capacity, competition, and demand to optimize revenue across flight routes. Adjust dynamic pricing and seat availability, manage business rules, prepare forecasts, monitor KPIs, communicate strategies, support process and reporting projects, and maintain relationships with international tour operator partners.
