Manage and support construction projects through pre-construction and on-site activities. Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and engineers; managing drawings, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and document versions; conducting site inspections; preparing reports; monitoring quality, safety, budgets, and timelines; and supporting project managers with schedule updates and issue resolution.

Manages the full contract lifecycle for utility-scale solar and EPC infrastructure projects, including drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, change orders, claims, compliance, and closeout. Advises project teams on commercial risks, obligations, performance guarantees, and dispute resolution. Partners with legal, procurement, engineering, construction, project management, and finance teams to align contracts with project goals, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Supports audits and improves contract management processes.

Owns project accounting for EPC and construction projects, including cost tracking, budgets, commitments, forecasts, monthly close, WIP, percentage-of-completion accounting, billings, reconciliations, and profitability analysis. Partners with project management, procurement, project controls, and corporate accounting to identify variances, maintain accurate financial records, support cash-flow forecasting, and improve project financial performance.
