Monitor and verify medical claims against policy terms, coordinate with customers, hospitals and Accident & Health team, gather medical information, flag fraudulent or inappropriate claims, contain costs, meet turnaround targets, handle communications, and prepare weekly TAT and outstanding case reports.

Lead underwriting for motor and non-motor products: set and update guidelines, pricing, workflows and SOPs; collaborate with data science/insurtech to automate processes; manage underwriting, issuance and endorsement teams; ensure regulatory compliance; produce performance reports and optimize TAT/SLA with sales channels and partners.

Drive sales growth in Pekanbaru by recruiting and visiting dealers, building partner relationships, monitoring prospects, coordinating with teams, handling administrative tasks, and reporting results to the Branch Head.
