Provide legal counsel on partnerships, corporate finance, and regulatory matters; draft and review contracts; manage filings, internal governance, and compliance with insurance and data privacy laws; liaise with regulators (OIC, AMLO); monitor legislation and enforce internal SOPs.

Monitor and verify medical claims against policy terms, coordinate with customers, hospitals and Accident & Health team, gather medical information, flag fraudulent or inappropriate claims, contain costs, meet turnaround targets, handle communications, and prepare weekly TAT and outstanding case reports.

Manage relationships and communication with panel hospitals, pharmacies, and insurers; recruit and onboard hospital/clinic networks; perform due diligence and quarterly area assessments; monitor panel performance, highlight irregularities or fraud, and conduct biannual reviews.
