Leads the company’s insurance broker distribution strategy, expanding broker partnerships, driving premium growth and profitability, managing sales performance, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Oversees broker relationship management, commission negotiations, product and portfolio input, operational improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and team leadership. Represents the company externally and provides strategic performance updates to senior leadership.

Build and deploy agentic AI and multi-agent workflows for insurance teams. Embed with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance teams to identify automation opportunities, integrate AI agents with enterprise systems and APIs, and implement human-in-the-loop controls for accuracy and compliance. Translate complex business processes and data science concepts into practical solutions, collaborating with nontechnical stakeholders and using modern development tools.

Provide legal counsel on partnerships, corporate finance, and regulatory matters; draft and review contracts; manage filings, internal governance, and compliance with insurance and data privacy laws; liaise with regulators (OIC, AMLO); monitor legislation and enforce internal SOPs.
