Prepare and post journal entries, maintain the general ledger, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, support month/quarter/year-end closes, prepare tax and VAT filings, assist with insurance-related accounting, coordinate with internal departments, support audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and controls.

Manage complex, high-value medical claims and case management; analyze medical claims for reporting; contain costs via tight adjudication; negotiate with hospitals and TPAs on tariffs, discounts, and contracts; monitor external TPAs for compliance and timeliness; resolve billing disputes and review billing trends to minimize unnecessary costs.

Provide legal counsel on partnerships, corporate finance, and regulatory matters; draft and review contracts; manage filings, internal governance, and compliance with insurance and data privacy laws; liaise with regulators (OIC, AMLO); monitor legislation and enforce internal SOPs.
