Develops new business opportunities, product concepts, pilots, and partner relationships across finance, e-commerce, and dealer channels. Coordinates cross-functional teams through product launches, monitors pilot progress, resolves issues, and supports successful rollouts. Responsibilities also include partner onboarding, communication, competitive benchmarking, pricing comparisons, basic financial analysis, and end-to-end project execution.

Investigates fraudulent and suspicious motor insurance claims, assesses liability and responsibility, advises surveyors and investigation staff, prepares official responses for external organizations, and maintains operational reports.

Oversee daily motor claims verification, assessment, settlement, compliance, cost management, and service-level performance. Lead and develop the claims team, analyze technical discrepancies and delays, improve processes, negotiate with repair workshops and vendors, identify recovery opportunities, and coordinate with underwriting, reinsurance, finance, and compliance teams.
