Support design and development of mechanical jigs, fixtures, and tooling; perform DFM/DFA reviews; coordinate with vendors on prototyping and production readiness; document manufacturing processes, SOPs, and design reviews; run time-and-motion studies; optimize processes to improve efficiency and support production milestones with a 50/50 split between engineering and production work.

Develop and manage the build systems and CI/CD pipelines for robotics software, ensuring efficient delivery and deployment of code and model artifacts.

Lead strategic sourcing for critical components and assemblies, run RFx and negotiations, manage supplier risk and capacity, collaborate with engineering on DfSC, align US and Asia supply operations, and build processes to meet cost and production targets.
