Owns the Odoo ERP product lifecycle and roadmap, focusing on order management, process automation, system integrations, exception handling, and customer self-service. Collaborates with customer service, IT, product, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize features, optimize connected systems, and deliver product releases. The role requires ERP or OMS product management experience, agile methodology expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and familiarity with Odoo, Jira, Confluence, and SQL.

Own and define the company’s AWS infrastructure strategy, Terraform migration, security and compliance, cloud costs, MySQL production operations, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and reliability. Serve as the escalation point for production issues and technical counterpart to external partners. Establish infrastructure standards for a 30+ engineer development organization supporting 7 million monthly users.

Provide Level 1–3 onsite and remote IT support for employees in Berlin, Poland, and remotely. Manage macOS infrastructure, internal network availability, security, and compliance; troubleshoot devices and systems; administer onboarding and offboarding; manage assets, software, and access; support users through tickets, remote connections, and an IT kiosk; document and improve workflows using Apple-focused tools and ITIL-like processes.
