Provides flexible, part-time substitute childcare teaching across all age groups. Responsibilities include helping children learn through fun, engaging activities, maintaining a joyful child-centered environment, and supporting classroom needs based on weekly availability. The role offers paid training, professional development, and weekday shifts without nights, weekends, or holidays.

Assist the childcare center director with program activities, enrollment and family tours, regulatory compliance, teacher guidance, curriculum and classroom organization. Build supportive relationships with parents and staff while helping manage daily center operations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, previous licensed childcare leadership or administrative experience, Level III administrator qualification, and the ability to work physically around children, including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Provides on-call substitute childcare teaching for children of all age groups. Responsibilities include supporting learning, maintaining a fun and child-centered environment, collaborating with staff, and working flexible hours based on availability. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, successful completion of state background checks, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Previous childcare experience is preferred, while training and professional development are provided.
