Lead all aspects of press accreditation for the Festival: manage applications, communications, database/CMS entry, onsite press office operations, coordinate with teams (Ticketing, Tech Services), supervise one staff member and volunteers, handle outreach and media pitching, track/report press data, and produce a wrap report.

Manage industry member communications, registration, and customer support for the Sundance Film Festival Industry Office. Maintain email lists, registration databases, and member resources; coordinate applications, troubleshoot registration issues, support onsite festival operations, and produce post‑Festival materials and wrap report.

Manage and maintain festival registration data and ticketing systems, provide email and in-person customer support, troubleshoot registration issues, update Airtable/Google Sheets, assist with sales agent registration and reporting, audit passes, finalize registration metrics, and produce a written wrap report.
