Teams at Suncrest Hospice

Leads and oversees hospice aide services, including staffing, scheduling, training, performance support, documentation, compliance, and quality of care. Collaborates with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership while supporting patient care and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires RN licensure, leadership experience, CPR certification, hospice knowledge, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently with electronic medical records.

Supports the Office Manager with front-office administrative tasks, patient and family communication, coordination with coworkers and care teams, customer service, and accurate completion of administrative processes. The role requires multitasking, attention to detail, technological proficiency, typing speed, and effective communication in a fast-paced hospice environment.

Owns configuration, integrations, data mapping, testing, and defect management for a revenue-cycle management platform integrated with MatrixCare and clearinghouses. Translates billing and operational requirements into validated system behavior, supports staff workflow changes, and assists with implementation, go-live, and stabilization across hospice and home health operations.
