Develops and delivers organization-wide clinical and professional training, including onboarding, continuing education, therapeutic practices, telehealth, and electronic medical record workflows. Manages LMS training plans, employee profiles, compliance tracking, training schedules, learning materials, and reporting. Coordinates the Training Committee and supports licensure and certification requirements. The role is onsite Monday through Friday and requires collaboration with clinical staff and providers.

Provides psychiatric care in a community mental health setting, including diagnostic assessments, medication management, lab review, treatment planning, client education, documentation, referrals, and symptom monitoring. The role requires ethical, compassionate, independent practice; participation in supervision and peer review; compliance with agency policies; and maintaining timely, accurate clinical records.

Manage outpatient medical billing and revenue-cycle activities, including electronic claims, payment posting, remittance review, denial resolution, appeals, rebilling, insurance verification, authorizations, and ledger adjustments. Maintain accurate patient and billing data in the EHR, use reports to resolve billing issues, prepare client statements, answer billing inquiries, and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams while maintaining regulatory and payer compliance.
