Develops and delivers organization-wide clinical and professional training, including onboarding, continuing education, therapeutic practices, telehealth, and electronic medical record workflows. Manages LMS training plans, employee profiles, compliance tracking, training schedules, learning materials, and reporting. Coordinates the Training Committee and supports licensure and certification requirements. The role is onsite Monday through Friday and requires collaboration with clinical staff and providers.

Provides psychiatric care in a community mental health setting, including diagnostic assessments, medication management, lab review, treatment planning, client education, documentation, referrals, and symptom monitoring. The role requires ethical, compassionate, independent practice; participation in supervision and peer review; compliance with agency policies; and maintaining timely, accurate clinical records.

Manage outpatient medical billing and revenue-cycle activities, including electronic claims, payment posting, remittance review, denial resolution, appeals, rebilling, insurance verification, authorizations, and ledger adjustments. Maintain accurate patient and billing data in the EHR, use reports to resolve billing issues, prepare client statements, answer billing inquiries, and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams while maintaining regulatory and payer compliance.

Provides community-based case management and behavioral health support for adults or children. Assesses clients, develops and monitors individualized care plans, coordinates medical, housing, vocational, substance-use, and community resources, advocates for clients, delivers crisis intervention, and maintains required clinical documentation. The role includes home and community visits, collaboration with families and providers, recovery-oriented services, flexible scheduling, and compliance with Florida case-management regulations.

Supports the full-cycle recruitment and hiring process, including candidate screening, onboarding, recruitment compliance, HRIS administration, and related HR processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, time management, and knowledge of employment law and labor regulations. Responsibilities are performed onsite Monday through Friday and include maintaining compliance with background checks, drug screening, driver requirements, and applicable Florida regulations.

Provides community-based employment support to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and forensic involvement. Assesses employment goals, documents objectives in treatment plans, develops employer relationships, advocates for clients, supports job placement and retention, completes progress notes and other records, participates in team meetings and supervision, and provides assigned services. Requires community driving, occasional on-call coverage, background and drug screening, and compliance with Florida requirements.

Provides sensitive, detailed medical and forensic examinations for sexual assault survivors ages 13–100, collecting evidence and specimens under SAVE protocols. Maintains medical records, provides referrals, gives testimony, participates in on-call coverage, and completes SANE training. The role requires compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, teamwork, ongoing professional development, and travel to community locations throughout Pinellas County.

Provides medical evaluations, urgent treatment, evidence and specimen collection for children and adults involved in abuse or neglect cases. Coordinates care with primary providers, reviews tests and records, assesses risk, completes medical documentation, participates in quality assurance and case reviews, advocates for children and families, supports court proceedings, and participates in after-hours medical examinations.
