Lead business development and sales for solar PV and energy storage solutions in Germany. Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies, originate and negotiate power purchase agreements, manage senior client and stakeholder relationships, analyze competitors, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires professional fluency in German, strong English communication, a driving licence, and travel throughout Germany and potentially Europe.

Coordinate administrative, permitting, grid connection, DSO, procurement, and close-out activities for solar PV projects, primarily in Poland. Prepare and track regulatory documentation, liaise with authorities and suppliers, maintain project records, support Project Managers and Engineers across European markets, and use Procore and related systems to manage approvals, deliveries, and completion items.
