Teams at Sunbird Software

Conducts on-site data center audits, identifies and documents cabinets, servers, network devices, storage, and facility conditions. Follows audit plans, validates asset details, maintains accurate records, flags risks and scope issues, and delivers structured audit documentation for review. Travel to client sites is required for approximately 90% of the role.

Integrates customer software and data center infrastructure with Sunbird DCIM software using REST APIs. Develops and debugs Python automation and data-processing code, transforms and migrates customer data, troubleshoots integrations, and uses SQL, GitHub, API documentation, and command-line tools. Provides technical customer support and project coordination while working with changing priorities. Flexible hours and travel up to 10% may be required.

Coordinates DCIM software support by triaging tickets, investigating escalations, diagnosing defects, documenting troubleshooting paths, testing solutions, assisting deployments, and serving as a liaison among engineering, technical support, client services, and customers. The role also identifies issue trends, develops solution proposals and project plans under supervision, conducts customer ticket reviews, and supports continuous process and technical improvement.
