Leads Sunbird’s global pre-sales engineering organization, including team development, recruiting, resource planning, technical sales execution, discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, and sales-to-services handoffs. Partners with Sales, Product, Services, and Support to improve technical win rates, POC conversion, customer outcomes, and execution consistency. The role manages strategic opportunities, enables sales teams, governs technical evaluations, and translates customer and competitive insights into actionable product feedback.

Participates in cross-functional technology projects involving DCIM, software testing, documentation, data analysis, process improvement, automation, and software configuration. The intern researches solutions, completes assigned project tasks, maintains reports and documentation, collaborates with multiple departments, provides status updates, and presents findings. The role offers exposure to enterprise software, data center infrastructure management, business processes, and project coordination while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Supports delivery of virtual and in-person training for internal teams and customers. Responsibilities include presenting established curricula, updating training materials, organizing sessions, maintaining records, collecting feedback, collaborating on product updates, and developing software and instructional knowledge.
