Supports presales engagements through technical discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept execution, RFP responses, CRM updates, and documentation. Works under senior Sales Engineer mentorship while developing consultative selling skills and technical expertise. Maintains demo environments and supports sales teams with technical questions. The remote role requires U.S. residency and travel of approximately 15–20%.

Participates in cross-functional, project-based work involving DCIM, software testing, technical documentation, data analysis, process improvement, product research, automation, software configuration, and internal tool development. Completes assigned tasks, maintains project documentation, attends meetings, provides updates, collaborates across departments, identifies workflow improvements, and presents findings. The internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise software, data center infrastructure management, and technology business operations.

Develop a mobile-first extension of an Angular enterprise DCIM platform for iOS and Android using Capacitor. Responsibilities include building mobile workflows, integrating native device capabilities, implementing offline persistence and synchronization, connecting APIs and authentication, managing builds and releases, establishing CI/CD standards, and publishing applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
