Serves as the centralized contact for strategic customers renting construction and industrial equipment. Provides professional call-center support, identifies customer needs, answers questions, coordinates rental requests, and resolves concerns efficiently. The role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, construction equipment knowledge, and the ability to work indoors or outdoors while lifting 25 pounds or more.

Develops market share among strategic customers and high-profile job sites by increasing product awareness, evaluating prospective accounts, and managing the corporate accounts office. Serves as a mentor and liaison for regional sales strategy, coordinating efforts among sales leadership. Requires construction and equipment knowledge, customer service experience, sales management expertise, and computer proficiency.

Manages and expands customer accounts for equipment rentals by prospecting, making customer calls, discussing upcoming jobs, supporting bids, passing leads to outside sales, promoting products, and developing market-share strategies. The role requires relationship-building, sales, communication, organization, basic Microsoft Office skills, and physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
