Teams at Sunbelt Rentals

Provides frontline customer support for construction and industrial equipment rentals and sales. Determines equipment needs, recommends products, negotiates pricing, processes orders and rental contracts, coordinates transportation, handles payments and complaints, and identifies sales opportunities. Maintains contract and call records, collaborates with dispatch and service teams, supports emergency response, mentors new employees, and recommends process improvements while following safety procedures.

Participates in a two-year Finance and Accounting rotational program with four six-month rotations across accounting, FP&A, operations finance, and financial systems. Responsibilities include close support, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, operational performance analysis, reporting, process improvement, and decision support. The associate partners with finance, operations, IT, and corporate stakeholders, completes capstone presentations, and follows an individualized development plan with mentorship and coaching.

Serves as the primary contact for flooring and temporary-wall rental customers, managing work orders, identifying equipment solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence while using rental and work-order management systems. It requires customer service experience, software proficiency, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 25 pounds or more and working indoors or outdoors.
