Travel to job sites for inspections and presentations, implement CRM campaigns, and ensure consistent customer experience and rate achievement.

Provide centralized call-center support for strategic customers renting construction and industrial equipment. Manage accounts, process requests, resolve issues, coordinate rentals and ensure customer satisfaction while following safety and company policies.
