Lead and coach branch sales leadership and representatives to grow climate control revenue across a region. Develop sales plans, training, KPIs, proposals, and cross-sell initiatives; manage key accounts, monitor competition, review large proposals, and provide reporting and analytics. Travel to job sites for inspections and presentations, implement CRM campaigns, and ensure consistent customer experience and rate achievement.

Monitor fleet telematics for generators and HVAC nationwide, using machine intelligence, data visualization, and analytics to identify predictive/preventative maintenance. Communicate equipment status and impacts to sales, shops, and customers, provide technical input on proposals, maintain CRM communications, and support continuous customer-focused outcomes. Be available for extended hours and on-call duties.

Drive market share growth for assigned corporate accounts by increasing product awareness, evaluating new customers, managing the corporate accounts office, and coordinating sales strategy with branch and regional leaders. Serve as mentor/liaison for go-to-market efforts, provide customer service, and apply construction equipment knowledge. Role includes customer-facing site work and on-the-job training.
