Lead and coach outside sales representatives and strategic account managers to identify jobsites, cultivate decision-maker relationships, grow territory market share, drive revenue, and meet individual and team sales goals in the construction equipment rental market.

Serve as the centralized point of contact for strategic customers in a call-center setting. Coordinate rentals of construction and industrial equipment, handle customer requests, provide exceptional service, communicate effectively, and ensure safety. Perform occasional physical tasks (lift 25+ lbs) and use company systems (Wynne).

Support and execute go-to-market marketing programs and account-based initiatives. Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing assets, enable sales, track performance, and align cross-functional teams to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
