Serves as the primary finance partner for branch and district leaders. Leads monthly market-level forecasting, financial reviews, annual budgeting, journal entry reclasses, incentive compensation audits, and ad hoc financial analyses. Builds financial models using enterprise reporting systems, provides actionable insights to leadership, supports new-location and facility evaluations, and presents financial concepts. Periodic travel is required.

Provides centralized call-center support for strategic customers renting construction and industrial equipment. Handles customer requests, identifies needs through probing questions, coordinates rental services, and delivers reliable, professional service. Requires customer service communication skills and construction equipment knowledge; call-center experience is required, while equipment rental, Wynne software, and Spanish-English bilingual ability are preferred. The role may involve indoor and outdoor work and lifting 25 pounds or more.
