Designs lower-level building automation control systems, including drawings, material selection, sequences of operation, submittals, software tasks, as-built updates, and closeout documentation. Reads construction documents and electrical schematics, coordinates with project teams, manages assigned budgets and timelines, and supports field implementation. The role also requires customer-focused communication, safety compliance, training participation, occasional job-site travel, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manages building automation and controls projects from planning through closeout. Responsibilities include controls design support, construction drawing review, material procurement, subcontractor oversight, scheduling, budgeting, commissioning, change orders, customer communication, safety compliance, documentation, and warranty transition. The role coordinates field execution teams and ensures projects meet specifications, schedules, cost targets, and customer satisfaction goals.

Leads development, programming, installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and turnover of building automation and control systems. Coordinates field teams, subcontractors, project managers, and engineering staff; manages field budgets and schedules; supports pre-sales estimating; documents as-built conditions; trains customers and junior engineers; and resolves network and system integration issues. The role also performs project engineering, safety compliance, resource allocation, and quality-control activities.
