Supports startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, programming, graphics modifications, hardware design, testing, and documentation for building automation projects. Assists senior engineers with control systems and network commissioning, coordinates with project teams, tracks project tasks and budgets, submits work reports, and supports project closeout. The role requires office and job-site work, safety compliance, customer-focused delivery, and ongoing technical training.

Leads development, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and turnover of building automation control systems. Programs system databases and graphics, supports network troubleshooting and testing, coordinates field teams and subcontractors, manages field budgets and schedules, provides pre-sales technical support, trains customers and employees, and mentors junior engineers. Documents as-built conditions, commissioning activities, project costs, and system handoffs while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Designs building automation and control systems for lower- to mid-level projects, including material selection, sequence-of-operation development, drawings, submittals, as-builts, and closeout documentation. Reads construction plans and electrical schematics, coordinates with project teams, resolves field issues, manages assigned project budgets and schedules, and supports customer-focused, compliant deliverables. Requires occasional travel and job-site visits.
