Lead daily operations of an early childhood education center, ensuring compliance with Head Start, NAEYC, and state licensing; supervise and develop staff; manage curriculum, records, family engagement, partnerships, and safety; participate in community collaboration and local travel.

Partner with the School Director to provide instructional leadership, staff supervision, compliance with Head Start and state licensing, classroom support, family engagement, data/reporting, and operational/fiscal administration for early childhood programs.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for Early Childhood Services: greet families, perform clerical tasks, manage records and data entry (Child Plus, Excel), coordinate meetings, assist program teams to meet federal/local goals, maintain confidentiality, and support reporting and program documentation. Local travel and occasional evenings/weekends required.

Manage daily administrative and secretarial functions of an early education center, supervise administrative staff, implement office policies, coordinate program planning, maintain facility safety, handle communications and documentation, manage budgets/purchasing, support community partnerships, and ensure compliance with program standards.
