Designs, deploys, monitors, and troubleshoots enterprise NIPR and SIPR networks, including routers, switches, transport systems, routing protocols, and Type-1 encryption devices. Performs network upgrades, vulnerability remediation, STIG implementation, incident response, carrier coordination, change management, and acceptance testing. Serves as alternate team lead, supports modernization projects, maintains COMSEC accountability, and participates in an on-call rotation.

Plans, coordinates, and manages small and medium IT projects. Develops project plans, scopes, requirements, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and communications. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, tracks dependencies and milestones, monitors quality and progress, and ensures projects remain on time, on budget, and within scope. Presents updates to customers and leadership while following PMO standards and organizational procedures.

Develop and administer ServiceNow SAM, ITAM, and ITSM solutions for Air Force modernization efforts. Build workflows, custom applications, integrations, data models, dashboards, reports, and lifecycle automations. Configure software asset management modules, implement compliance and reconciliation processes, migrate applications, perform testing and upgrades, and support governance. Collaborate with IT asset management, procurement, and ITIL stakeholders while documenting solutions and mentoring team members.
