Manage day-to-day operations of a research farm supporting grape, stone fruit, and subtropical breeding programs. Oversee cultivation, irrigation, pest control, pruning, grafting, harvesting, equipment and safety. Supervise and train full-time and seasonal staff, maintain field data using digital tools, coordinate events, and partner with breeders and R&D to ensure research blocks and operations meet quality and timeline goals.
